Hello!

I’m Natalie Cullen, the artist and surface pattern designer behind Dot and Bloom, a studio devoted to creating hand-drawn, whimsical patterns rooted in nature and nostalgia. My work is known for its organic linework, texture, and eye catching colors. Each design begins by hand, inspired by florals, cherished memories, and the quiet beauty of everyday life.

Before launching Dot and Bloom, I spent over a decade in digital and UX design. That foundation shapes my work today, blending artistry with intention and creativity with strategy. I understand not only how something should look, but how it should feel and function in the spaces and products people use every day.

I partner with brands through licensing collaborations, creating distinctive, emotionally resonant collections that translate seamlessly across product categories and help brands build deeper customer connection.

I believe that the patterns we surround ourselves with influence how we feel. A room can spark joy. A textile can evoke memory. A thoughtfully designed product can create connection.

At its heart, Dot and Bloom exists to bring warmth, charm, and meaningful beauty into both homes and brands, helping people feel more at ease, more inspired, and more connected.
